Version 1.23 Update Weekend

Version 1.23 will be going live this weekend (Friday, November 10). As part of the process the events files will be rewritten to add the Christmas events (YAY SANTA), and that means all vehicles (and anything stored in them) will be wiped, so empty your vehicles before the weekend. We will be trying to avoid a full server wipe as those are very disruptive to all of us, but if one becomes necessary we will announce it in advance. The server will experience outages that evening, hopefully only a few and for limited periods.
