October Event Schedule

We are holding a Raid event on our front page server in October. There will be a race event with prize packages awarded to the top 3 finishers (First place chooses first, then Second place, followed by Third place).

Setup:

• The places and the order they must be visited in will be provided to each registered contestant on the day of the race, during the 1 hour maintenance period beforehand.

• The Race will begin at the reset occurring at 2PM Eastern Time (New York time zone) 11AM Pacific Time (Vancouver time zone) on October 21.

• Vehicles are recommended but not strictly necessary, and WILL NOT be provided for this event, it is bring your own everything.

• The start position for the race will be in the far Southwest corner of the map

• Impenetrable storage for vehicles at/near the start position prior to the start WILL be happily provided upon request by any registrant.

• Route WILL NOT be posted publicly, start and end location WILL be posted in the messages on the server when the race begins.

• Raid Event will begin at the 2nd reset from the race start (2AM Eastern Time, 11PM Pacific Time).

• Teams are allowed, but each member must be present at the start of the race, this is NOT a relay.

Prize Packages:

• Impenetrable base: no one and no thing in or out for duration of raid event. This will consist of a mod built with double layer walls, completely enclosing the base from all directions, including above and below, and will be removed at the end of the Raid event. Chosen base is not required to be your own...

• Explosives: 6x improvised explosive cases, 12x plastic explosives, 20x 40mm explosive shells, 5x 40mm PO-X grenades, 8x 6-M7 grenades, 6x claymore

• Costume: Black Armoured Witch Hood, Crooked Nose. The Black Witch Hood (and, by extension, the craft-able Black Armoured Witch Hood) WILL NOT be spawning on this server...EVER. The Red and Brown ones will, but the Black one will be exclusively reserved for prize packages.

To Register For The Race Event:

• Send a message to GOOGLYEYES#1746 on XBOX advising of your registration before October 16 (late entrants may be considered, depending entirely on admin availability for providing extra facilities, but you shouldn't count on it).

• Garages will be built and available for vehicle/equipment storage 48 hours ahead of the race.

• A unique combination will be provided to each entrant along with the garage they are to use.

• 1 hour prior to race start the server will go into maintenance mode to remove the manual gates and setup the automatic start on reset.

• Players registered in the event will be Whitelisted for access during that time as that is when questions and concerns will be addressed in a party format.

• The server will be re-opened to public access at the event start.

• ANY AND ALL GRIEFING OF PLAYERS GETTING SETUP FOR THE EVENT IN THAT AREA WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DEALT WITH VIA THE BANHAMMER! GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP SHOULD BE THE NORM!

Raid Event

• Will begin 12 hours after the start of the race.

• Will run to 2PM Eastern Time (New York time zone) 11AM Pacific Time (Vancouver time zone) Wednesday, October 25.

• Standard rules surrounding base raiding are suspended for that period.
